The current CPD year runs from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.
Your CPD year is now based on this fixed annual period and may not align with the expiry or renewal date of your individual licence.
All Class 1 and Class 2 agents must complete the compulsory learning relevant to the licence categories they hold, and the areas of practice in which they work.
All licensed agents must complete their compulsory CPD through live, interactive training. Pre-recorded courses will not meet the NSW Fair Trading requirements.
